FirstWords iPad App - Great App for Kids

The FirstWords ipad app collection teaches kids to recognise letters, practice the sounds they make and start to spell by developing a relationship between letters and words. Select languages, word and letter order, word length, hints, speed and more. Start the ipad app for kid and simple, kid-friendly pictures appear with a word shown underneath it. Letter tiles are widely dispersed across the screen for kids to pull and drop into position on the word. Everytime they choose a letter, they'll hear the letter name or sound it makes.
